The vision of RealPro, started as a concept of providing the highest level of service for the best lowest fee possible. With the changes in the current economy, and homeowners losing their equity at an alarming rate in 2002, we knew it was time to make this much needed change. We left Re/Max, while being in the top 3% of our office, to try out this new concept. And we never looked back!


After opening our doors in 2003, our sales volume ranked us in the Top 3% of all Greater Denver/Foothills Area Realtors® for listings sold, by IMS in 2005. 2001 & 2002 Both Patrick & Brenda Flick were recipients of the Re/Max award for sales, 100% Club, and in the Top 3% of that office for volume. 

2003 RealPro Real Estate Professionals opened its doors. 

2004 Brenda received the Business Women of the Year award. 

2004 The RealPro Team received IMS Top 5% rating for the Greater Metro/Foothills.

2005 The RealPro Team received IMS Top 3% rating for the Greater Metro/Foothills. 

2008 The RealPro Team was the recipient of the Realtor.com "Award for Excellence," for our online marketing. 

2013  For our 10th year in business, The RealPro Team was rated in the Top 2% of all of the Denver Market for volume of sales assisting Sellers. And rated in the Top 1% of agents for assisting Buyers by IMS. 

2015  Brenda Flick branched into assisting large corporations with development projects on the Eastern Slope of Colorado. 

2018  Brenda Flick was acknowledge as a Top agent, being invited to join a committee of the Top 100 Realtors® in Littleton. 

2022  Brenda Flick was interview on the Colorado Leaders Real Estate Broadcast for her Unique Discount Program.


2023 We have been in business now for over 20 years!
